Our commitment: from social ambition to environmental approach

We believe
That it is doing things together that makes a
project successful
That a project requires good support
That good support is made up of experts
That these areas of expertise are developed using a
suitable tool
That a suitable tool is a collaborative tool
That collaboration is the best way to work together

Ambitious measures for responsible digital practices
As Pomdoc DM's developers, digital activities are our second-largest source of GHG emissions after travel.
Since the founding of Pomelo-Paradigm in 2013, we have been striving to minimize the impact of our digital usage and ensure the security of the data we handle:
01. By choosing ISO 50001-certified hosts that use eco-friendly equipment, located in France
06. Through raising employee awareness of digital and information system usage
05. By giving equipment a second life in accordance with our Disposal Policy (donation, resale, etc.)
02. By optimizing the use of our servers
03. Through simplified code and lightweight interfaces
04. By considering the lifespan and repairability of purchased equipment
The commitment of an entire ecosystem
In January 2025, we established a dedicated service for our partners, attached to the sustainability department. This close alignment reflects our ambition to give greater weight to our actions and move towards a more sustainable and ethical business.
Today, one third of our partners have signed our Business Code of Conduct, and we have set a goal of reaching 80% of signatures by 2026.
We are also exploring various levers to engage all our external stakeholders in this journey — partners, as well as clients and suppliers.
